We are looking for a motivated and experienced Diamond Jewellery Data Entry Executive.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Master Creation: Responsible for making new style masters using Gati systems.</li><li>Order Placement: Effectively place and manage orders in the Gati system.</li><li>Movement Reports: Generate and monitor movement reports from Gati for smooth workflow.</li><li>Memo Entry: Perform memo entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Bag Material Entry: Ensure proper material entry for bags within the Gati system.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience working as a Gati operator or in a similar role within the jewelry industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Gati system and related processes.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to perform precise entries and reports.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Prior experience with jewelry manufacturing is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of jewelry making and design.</li><li>Previous experience working in a similar jewelry manufacturing company.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of jewellery software (e.g., Gati Software) and its functionality.</li><li>Good understanding of the jewellery industry and related processes is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to handle large amounts of data with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software tools.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent typing speed and accuracy.</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>&#10148; Job Type: Full Time, Permanent</li><li>&#10148; Role: Data Entry</li><li>&#10148; Exp: Min 2 Years in the same field (Mandatory)</li><li>&#10148; Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati</li><li>&#10148; Locality: Surat</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Jewellery Industry: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Finished Goods: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li> Gati Operator: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
