Data Entry Operator (DEO)- Jewellery

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Diamond Jewellery Data Entry Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Master Creation: Responsible for making new style masters using Gati systems.
• Order Placement: Effectively place and manage orders in the Gati system.
• Movement Reports: Generate and monitor movement reports from Gati for smooth workflow.
• Memo Entry: Perform memo entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Bag Material Entry: Ensure proper material entry for bags within the Gati system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a Gati operator or in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Gati system and related processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform precise entries and reports.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with jewelry manufacturing is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of jewelry making and design.
• Previous experience working in a similar jewelry manufacturing company.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery software (e.g., Gati Software) and its functionality.
• Good understanding of the jewellery industry and related processes is an advantage.
• Ability to handle large amounts of data with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
