Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, digital files, scanned images) into company systems or databases (e.g., CRM software, Excel sheets).
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while entering data, ensuring no errors are made.
  • Data Verification and Validation:
  • Review and verify the entered data for completeness and correctness.
  • Cross-check information from multiple sources to ensure consistency.
  • Record Maintenance:
  • Regularly update existing data to keep the records current.
  • Organize and manage data in an easy-to-retrieve manner for quick access when required.
  • Managing Large Data Sets:
  • Process and organize large volumes of information efficiently.
  • Sort, filter, and categorize data as needed.
  • Data Protection and Confidentiality:
  • Ensure that sensitive data is handled and stored securely.
  • Follow company policies and privacy regulations while working with confidential information.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues in data.
  • If needed, assist in answering incoming calls, handling customer queries, or routing calls to the right department.
  • Reports & Documentation:
  • Prepare reports based on entered data or assist other team members in preparing regular reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly data as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
