We are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal & Administrative Officer to manage our organization’s legal, HR, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, administrative skills, and the ability to coordinate with various departments and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including sale deeds, agreements, and contracts.
- Handle liaisoning with government offices, legal authorities, and external agencies.
- Ensure company compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
- Maintain all legal documentation and records systematically.
Administrative & HR Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Oversee HR functions, including attendance, leave management, recruitment coordination, and employee records.
- Assist in policy drafting and ensuring HR compliance with labor laws.
- Support management in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Other Responsibilities:
- Handle travel, logistics, and official correspondences.
- Be willing to travel frequently for official work.
- Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license and be able to drive independently.
