Key Responsibilities Contract & Documentation Management
- Draft, vet, and review agreements (service agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, NDAs, employment contracts, lease agreements, MoUs, etc.).
- Maintain and update legal document repository and contract database.
- Ensure timely contract renewals and compliance with contractual terms.
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Assist in ensuring corporate compliance with applicable laws (Companies Act, labour laws, industry-specific regulations).
- Support in statutory filings, licenses, permits, and renewals for group companies.
- Maintain compliance checklists and reporting dashboards.
Litigation & Dispute Support
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for ongoing cases and disputes.
- Prepare documentation, affidavits, briefs, and case summaries.
- Track hearings, case timelines, and status updates.
Internal Legal Advisory
- Provide preliminary legal opinions on business queries and operational matters.
- Assist in risk assessments, due diligence, and policy updates.
- Support internal departments on regulatory requirements and decision-making.
Corporate Governance
- Assist with Board and shareholder meeting documentation (notices, agendas, resolutions, minutes).
- Manage company secretarial records and statutory registers (where applicable).
Intellectual Property
- Support trademark filings, renewals, and IP portfolio management.
- Monitor potential IP infringements and coordinate necessary action.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
