Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Providing legal support and advice on company policies, business transactions, and compliance matters.
  • Coordinating with external legal counsel for litigation and regulatory issues.
  • Maintaining and organizing legal records, case files, and documentation.
  • Assisting in legal due diligence, compliance audits, and statutory filings.
  • Handling company registrations, renewals, licenses, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Researching and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to company operations.
  • Managing notices, legal correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Supporting internal teams on labor laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contract law, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of litigation processes and legal documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal database tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail.
  • Time management and coordination skills.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Legal Executive / Legal Associate / Legal Officer in a corporate or law firm setup.
  • Experience in contract management, compliance, and company law matters preferred.
  • Exposure to real estate / corporate / labor / commercial laws will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
