Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Providing legal support and advice on company policies, business transactions, and compliance matters.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel for litigation and regulatory issues.
- Maintaining and organizing legal records, case files, and documentation.
- Assisting in legal due diligence, compliance audits, and statutory filings.
- Handling company registrations, renewals, licenses, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Researching and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to company operations.
- Managing notices, legal correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
- Supporting internal teams on labor laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contract law, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of litigation processes and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal database tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail.
- Time management and coordination skills.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Legal Executive / Legal Associate / Legal Officer in a corporate or law firm setup.
- Experience in contract management, compliance, and company law matters preferred.
- Exposure to real estate / corporate / labor / commercial laws will be an added advantage.
