Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.</li><li>Providing legal support and advice on company policies, business transactions, and compliance matters.</li><li>Coordinating with external legal counsel for litigation and regulatory issues.</li><li>Maintaining and organizing legal records, case files, and documentation.</li><li>Assisting in legal due diligence, compliance audits, and statutory filings.</li><li>Handling company registrations, renewals, licenses, and statutory compliance documentation.</li><li>Researching and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to company operations.</li><li>Managing notices, legal correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.</li><li>Supporting internal teams on labor laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contract law, and compliance regulations.</li><li>Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Good understanding of litigation processes and legal documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and legal database tools.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail.</li><li>Time management and coordination skills.</li></ul>Experience Required:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;4 years of experience as a Legal Executive / Legal Associate / Legal Officer in a corporate or law firm setup.</li><li>Experience in contract management, compliance, and company law matters preferred.</li><li>Exposure to real estate / corporate / labor / commercial laws will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
