Position Classification: Part-Time / Non-Exempt
Reports To: Manager on Duty 
Position Summary:
The Host is the first and last impression our guests have&mdash;and we take that seriously! You&rsquo;ll greet every guest with a warm smile, manage the flow of the dining room, and make sure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. You&rsquo;ll balance hospitality, organization, and a touch of southern charm to keep things running smoothly. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Greet and welcome every guest with energy and enthusiasm.</li><li>
Manage the seating rotation and guest waitlist to ensure an efficient flow of service.</li><li>
Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and introduce their server by name.</li><li>
Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and fellow hosts to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area.</li><li>
Answer phones promptly and professionally, assist with reservations, and inform management of large parties or special requests.</li><li>
Assist with guest needs&mdash;opening doors, providing high chairs, or offering directions to restrooms.</li><li>
Perform routine restroom checks and guest counts as assigned.</li><li>
Support the team by assisting with light service or side duties as needed.</li><li>
Treat all applicants and visitors with the same courtesy as our guests.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Stand and move quickly for up to 8 hours per shift.</li><li>
Lift and carry up to 35 lbs occasionally.</li><li>
Bend, reach, and move throughout the dining area continuously.</li><li>
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.</li></ul>

Job Description: Bartender

Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. You&rsquo;ll provide excellent guest service, maintain a clean and organized bar, and ensure that every drink and interaction reflects the Cody's Original Roadhouse brand. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.</li><li>
Greet guests, learn their names, and ensure a welcoming, personalized experience.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.</li><li>
Monitor bar stock and assist with restocking and inventory management.</li><li>
Communicate specials, promotions, and menu items to guests.</li><li>
Accept guest payments and process transactions accurately.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all local and state alcohol laws and company policies.</li><li>
Maintain side work and closing duties as assigned by management.</li><li>
Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.</li><li>
Uphold high standards for quality, presentation, and speed of service.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul> 
What You Bring:<ul><li>
A friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and standard drink recipes.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.</li><li>
Basic math and cash-handling skills.</li><li>
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law.</li><li>
Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Stand and remain stationary for up to 8 hours per shift.</li><li>
Bend, stoop, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.</li><li>
Work in a fast-paced, busy bar environment.</li></ul>
