Whether you're passionate about lawn care or eager to learn more about landscape maintenance, this role is perfect for motivated individuals ready to make a positive impact on our clients&rsquo; properties.Duties<ul><li>Operate lawn mowers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and turf areas</li><li>Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure neat and well-manicured landscapes</li><li>Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree care, and hardscape installation</li><li>Support irrigation system checks and basic repairs to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring equipment is stored properly after use</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as excavators or other machinery used in landscaping projects</li><li>Collaborate with team members on larger projects like tree trimming, snow plowing (seasonal), or garden enhancements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and maintenance</li><li>Prior experience or interest in lawn care, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is a plus</li><li>Ability to operate lawn mowers, snow plows (seasonal), and other landscaping equipment safely</li><li>Knowledge of gardening practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape features is advantageous</li><li>Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently</li><li>Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions including standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment or materials</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills related to construction, landscaping, or tree trimming</li></ul>Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments!
