Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Prefab / Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to deliver projects end-to-end. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to drive time, cost, quality, and compliance outcomes.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery Control project time, cost, scope, risk, and quality Prepare and manage project timelines and milestones Coordinate prefab / PEB design and documentation Manage document control (design, procurement, reports) Conduct factory visits as required to ensure quality and progress Ensure compliance with Australian standards and regulationsRequirements 5&ndash;10+ years experience as a Project Manager in PEB / Prefab construction Strong knowledge of prefabricated structural systems Experience managing design and procurement documentation Ability to work independently and strategically Background in Civil / Structural Engineering preferred Project management qualification is an advantageKnowledge of DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) Experience with 4D BIM sequencingWhat We Offer Opportunity to lead complex prefab projects High level of ownership and decision-making Collaborative and growth-focused environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹689,680.83 - ₹1,800,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
