This role oversees AI-driven innovation, manages AI/ML teams, ensures ethical use of technology, and drives adoption of AI solutions to improve business performance, efficiency, and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Develop and execute the organization&rsquo;s long-term AI strategy aligned with business goals.</li><li>Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions in products, operations, and services.</li><li>Oversee AI roadmap, prioritizing high-impact projects.</li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure company-wide AI adoption.</li></ul>Technical Oversight<ul><li>Guide the development of AI/ML models, NLP systems, computer vision solutions, automation pipelines, and predictive analytics.</li><li>Review and validate AI architectures, algorithms, and datasets.</li><li>Ensure robust model performance, accuracy, and scalability.</li><li>Drive best practices for AI engineering, MLOps, and data governance.</li></ul>Team Management<ul><li>Lead and mentor teams of data scientists, ML engineers, AI researchers, and data engineers.</li><li>Recruit and build a high-performing AI team.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and support continuous learning.</li></ul>AI Governance, Compliance &amp; Ethics<ul><li>Establish ethical AI frameworks, security protocols, and compliance standards.</li><li>Implement transparent and explainable AI practices.</li><li>Coordinate with legal, cybersecurity, and compliance teams for responsible deployment.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with product, engineering, operations, marketing, and business units to identify AI use cases.</li><li>Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Drive change management for AI implementation.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Research<ul><li>Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, trends, and research.</li><li>Evaluate new tools, platforms, and techniques for adoption.</li><li>Represent the company in AI conferences, industry forums, and partnerships.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.</li><li>Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and data pipelines.</li><li>Solid understanding of data engineering, data architecture, and big data tools.</li></ul>Leadership Skills<ul><li>Proven experience leading AI/ML teams or innovation programs.</li><li>Strong decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>10+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, including leadership positions.</li><li>Successful track record delivering enterprise AI projects.</li><li>Experience in scaling AI initiatives within mid-to-large organizations.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.</li><li>Ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change.</li><li>Hands-on and able to dive into technical discussions when required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
