Position: Quantity Surveyor - Walk in Interview Job Type: Full-timeJob PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, billing, and procurement for steel fabrication projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and tender documents for factory/steel projects.</li><li>Manage billing, measurement, and certification of completed works.</li><li>Support procurement activities by evaluating vendor quotes and preparing purchase recommendations.</li><li>Monitor project budgets and prepare cost variance reports.</li><li>Handle contract administration, claims, and change orders as required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor&rsquo;s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and procurement within steel or industrial projects.</li><li>Strong numerical, negotiation, and documentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.</li></ul>Location: Puducherry Railway Station, 16a, Colas Nagar Puducherry 605001Date: 06 Oct 2025 to 11 Oct 2025Time: 9 AM to 5 PM Contact No: 80569 07041 / 75399 13600Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
