Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Prefab / Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to deliver projects end-to-end. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to drive time, cost, quality, and compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery
Control project time, cost, scope, risk, and quality
Prepare and manage project timelines and milestones
Coordinate prefab / PEB design and documentation
Manage document control (design, procurement, reports)
Conduct factory visits as required to ensure quality and progress
Ensure compliance with Australian standards and regulations

Requirements
5–10+ years experience as a Project Manager in PEB / Prefab construction
Strong knowledge of prefabricated structural systems
Experience managing design and procurement documentation
Ability to work independently and strategically
Background in Civil / Structural Engineering preferred
Project management qualification is an advantage

Knowledge of DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly)
Experience with 4D BIM sequencing

Pay: ₹689,680.83 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
