<div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Within the Product Marketing Department and in conjunction with the R&amp;D teams, the Product Manager is responsible for identifying, formalizing, and justifying market needs for Insight Search in order to influence the development strategy of our DeepLinq product. The Product Manager thus contributes to the evolution of our DeepLinq product and to the growth of our software publishing business.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;"><b>Missions</b></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Working closely with the R&amp;D and Sales teams, the Product Manager contributes to the strategy and development of the product offering, becoming the product expert. This includes:</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Identifying opportunities arising from market and competitive intelligence analysis, facilitating complex client working groups</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Defend the product and the roadmap to influencers and analyst firms (CXP, Gartner, Forrester, IDC,...</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Conduct feasibility studies for new modules and/or new features</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Participate in the development of the product roadmap in conjunction with the Product Owner</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Implement and deliver this roadmap through the writing of User Stories + Wireframes</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Set up and monitor the various analytics KPIs</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Communicating internally and externally (customers, partners, analysts) about product advancements</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Conducting studies and benchmarks to identify best practices</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Formalize and submit the arbitration documents (value analysis, competitive positioning, requirements matrix, risk analysis)</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Participate in the drafting of communication/marketing materials for clients or sales teams</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Present the product to customers and partners</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Profiles</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Possessing a dual background in Digital and Marketing with a desire to invest myself in a software publisher.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Holder of a higher education degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the software / Product Marketing / IT R&amp;D sector.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Knowledge of the market for search software publishing, content management and the cloud industry will enable the candidate to easily understand the business and product challenges.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Experience in managing a complete project lifecycle (from idea to operations)</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Ability to break down MVP features and a longer-term, iteration-based vision</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Follow processes, work in a team and share the progress of the activity via reporting.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Possessing rigor and interpersonal skills to work across disciplines with multidisciplinary teams.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">An ability to adapt to new and potentially unknown methods or technologies</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">Having listening skills, a logical mind and the ability to synthesize information.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11px;">A good command of the English language is essential for this position.</span></div>

Product Marketing Manager

<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects</li>
<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget</li>
<li>Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility</li>
<li>Ensure resource availability and allocation</li>
<li>Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress</li>
<li>Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs</li>
<li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques</li>
<li>Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques</li>
<li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks</li>
<li>Report and escalate to management as needed</li>
<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</li>
<li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders</li>
<li>Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project</li>
<li>Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals</li>
<li>Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members</li>
<li>Use and continually develop leadership skills</li>
<li>Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency</li>

Project Manager

<p>Represent the company s capabilities to prospective customers and existing customer base, and influence customer expectations according to product and management capabilities and constraints.</p>
<p>Develop and maintain business links with customers</p>
<p>In cooperation with the Management, set up the commercial strategy in the segment of the allocated market,</p>
<p>To be an active and dynamic player in the development and application of the company s marketing and communication plan,</p>
<p>Work with the operating teams and partner teams to qualify market opportunities and then design and expose technical solutions to customers,</p>
<p>Present the company s solutions to clients as well as to conferences and events at the local, national or international level,</p>
<p>Ensure regular market intelligence and maintain a state-of-the-art knowledgebase.</p>
<p>Autonomous, methodical and with a good relationship, your sense of listening, your analytical mind, and your qualities of advice will be the assets that will allow you to carry out your missions.</p>
<p><strong>Required skills and experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Have already enjoyed a 4 to 5 years experience in the IT sales field and ideally selling Cloud services,</li>
<li>Understanding and mastery of the consultative sales process coupled with sales expertise in complex hosting, cloud computing and web application environments,</li>
<li>Experience with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies,</li>
<li>Experience in presenting with confidence, deliver sales pitches and manage stakeholders expectations,</li>
<li>Be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to gather needed information from opportunity discovery to the closing of the sale,</li>
<li>Your ability to organize according to your goals,</li>
<li>Your ability to anticipate the evolving needs of customers, with a strong ability to learn and assimilate new technologies and methodologies,</li>
<li>Your appetite for new technologies and the search for technical solutions adapted to the current needs of the market,</li>
<li>Fluent in English, you are able to negotiate with each interlocutor by a clear presentation and persuasive arguments via a perfect knowledge of the sales process in the field,</li>
