Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support a personal injury law firm. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure the smooth operation of our law office while contributing to meaningful legal work that impacts our community.Duties<ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls.</li><li>Speaking with and updating clients</li><li>Handle administrative duties such as filing (both physical and electronic), managing phone calls with professional etiquette, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.</li><li>Support project management initiatives by tracking case progress and assisting in the organization litigation.</li><li>Collaborate with team members .</li><li>Provide executive administrative support by preparing reports, managing correspondence, and assisting with office operations to foster a productive work environment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.</li><li>Exceptional clerical skills including filing systems (physical and electronic), phone etiquette professionalism, transcription abilities, and data entry accuracy.</li><li>Ability to perform Join us in this rewarding role where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering top-tier legal services while supporting the efficient operation of our busy law office!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
