Business Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support LinkedIn outreach, profile engagement, connection requests, messaging, and lead research</li><li>Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, caption support, posting, engagement, and platform monitoring</li><li>Create basic graphics using tools like Canva or similar platforms</li><li>Perform basic video editing for reels, short-form videos, and social media content</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor research, lead research, and industry trend analysis</li><li>Help with event creation, event listings, promotional content, reminders, and coordination support</li><li>Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including ad setup, audience research, creative organization, performance tracking, and reporting</li><li>Use AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, organization, and marketing support</li><li>Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Maintain organized files, task lists, calendars, and communication updates</li><li>Support the team with administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Manage and assist with tasks inside GoHighLevel, including contact updates, workflow support, CRM organization, and campaign assistance</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta Ads</li><li>Fluent English speaking and writing skills</li><li>2 years Marketing Experience is required</li><li>Experience with LinkedIn and social media platforms</li><li>Basic graphic design and video editing skills</li><li>Strong research and organization skills</li><li>Strong communication and time management skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time</li><li>Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus</li><li>Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
