Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support LinkedIn outreach, profile engagement, connection requests, messaging, and lead research
  • Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, caption support, posting, engagement, and platform monitoring
  • Create basic graphics using tools like Canva or similar platforms
  • Perform basic video editing for reels, short-form videos, and social media content
  • Conduct market research, competitor research, lead research, and industry trend analysis
  • Help with event creation, event listings, promotional content, reminders, and coordination support
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including ad setup, audience research, creative organization, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, organization, and marketing support
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
  • Maintain organized files, task lists, calendars, and communication updates
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Manage and assist with tasks inside GoHighLevel, including contact updates, workflow support, CRM organization, and campaign assistance

Required Skills:

  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta Ads
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • 2 years Marketing Experience is required
  • Experience with LinkedIn and social media platforms
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills
  • Strong research and organization skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel

They should be able to manage multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, communicate fluently and professionally in English, and support marketing and administrative projects effectively.
