Job Title: Lettings Cold Calling Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and confident Cold Calling Executive to support our property lettings operations. The role involves making outbound calls to estate agents in the UK, introducing our lettings services, qualifying prospects, and generating appointments or leads for the lettings team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to estate agents and potential clients.
• Introduce the company’s lettings and property management services professionally.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant property details.
• Book appointments or callbacks for the senior lettings or sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails or social media as required.
• Meet daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Adhere to UK compliance, data protection, and calling guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in UK property, lettings, or estate agency cold calling.
• Knowledge of the UK lettings market is ad-on.
• Experience working on UK campaigns or using UK dialers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
