Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Executive Location: Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: CEO / Project ManagerRole OverviewWe are looking for a confident, results-driven Appointment Setter to contact estate &amp; letting agents to introduce our services. The primary responsibility will be generating qualified appointments for our senior team by identifying agencies that are open to exploring support solutions. This is a performance-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys outbound calling, building rapport quickly, and working toward clear targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to estate and letting agencies daily</li><li>Introduce our services professionally and confidently</li><li>Identify decision-makers (Directors, Managers, Branch Managers)</li><li>Qualify prospects based on needs, interest, and suitability</li><li>Book Zoom appointments for the sales team</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes</li><li>Follow up with prospects via phone where required</li><li>Meet and exceed daily and monthly activity &amp; booking targets</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in cold calling or B2B sales</li><li>Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills</li><li>Confident objection handling ability</li><li>Comfortable speaking with business owners and directors</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base pay + commission</li><li>Long-term growth opportunity</li><li>Mon&ndash;Fri, summer 1pm &ndash; 10 pm (1 hour break) &amp; 2pm -11pm in winters (1 hour break)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
