We’re hiring a Virtual Assistants to support busy real estate agents in Toronto, Ontario Canada.
If you’re organized, responsive, and comfortable speaking with clients, this will be a strong fit.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing calendars, inboxes, and day-to-day admin
• Responding to new inquiries (rentals + purchases)
• Sending property listings based on client needs
• Booking showings and coordinating schedules
• Preparing offers, paperwork, and deal documents
• Following up with leads via call, text, and email
• Keeping CRM clean and up to date (GoHighLevel is a plus)
• Potentially supporting transactions through to close
What we’re looking for:
• Strong English communication (written + verbal)
• At least 1 year of experience in the Real estate/mortgage industry
• Comfortable speaking with clients and handling follow-ups
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Someone who is a quick learner
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM tools, etc.)
• Familiar with commonly used AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve efficiency
• A fast learner who can quickly pick up new tools, processes, and workflows
Education Requirement:
• Completion of O Levels and A Levels (or equivalent)
