We are a retail store using Odoo POS &amp; Inventory. We are looking for an experienced analyst who can review historic retail sales data and establish data-driven re-order rules and stock levels to minimise stock-outs and over-stocking.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyse historic sales data from Odoo POS</li><li>Establish re-order rules</li><li>Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead SKUs</li><li>Calculate optimal stock holding levels per SKU</li><li>Define and configure min&ndash;max stock levels and re-order rules in Odoo</li><li>Consider supplier lead times and seasonality</li><li>Provide clear stock recommendations and documentation</li><li>Periodically review and optimise inventory rules</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with Odoo Inventory &amp; POS</li><li>Retail inventory planning / demand forecasting experience</li><li>Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills</li><li>Understanding of reorder points, safety stock, sell-through, stock turns</li><li>Experience with high-turnover retail (e-cig, FMCG, pharmacy preferred)</li></ul>Engagement Type:<ul><li>Consultant / Part-time/Fulltime (with potential ongoing work)</li><li>Fully Remote Job</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s): * How do you calculate reorder point and safety stock?<ul><li>Have you worked with Odoo POS &amp; Inventory? </li></ul>Work Location: Remote
