Retail Inventory / Demand Planning Analyst (Odoo POS)

We are a retail store using Odoo POS & Inventory. We are looking for an experienced analyst who can review historic retail sales data and establish data-driven re-order rules and stock levels to minimise stock-outs and over-stocking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse historic sales data from Odoo POS
• Establish re-order rules
• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead SKUs
• Calculate optimal stock holding levels per SKU
• Define and configure min–max stock levels and re-order rules in Odoo
• Consider supplier lead times and seasonality
• Provide clear stock recommendations and documentation
• Periodically review and optimise inventory rules

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Odoo Inventory & POS
• Retail inventory planning / demand forecasting experience
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of reorder points, safety stock, sell-through, stock turns
• Experience with high-turnover retail (e-cig, FMCG, pharmacy preferred)
