Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to assist in promoting my boutique real estate business Branded Estates in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to create engaging content across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Youtube . This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and a minimum of 1 year Social Media content creation. We are looking to hire someone who can produce large volumes of high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.Duties<ul><li>Develop and write compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.</li><li>Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing content.</li><li>Utilize social listening tools to monitor trends and audience preferences.</li><li>Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role in digital marketing or advertising.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools is essential.</li><li>Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; experience with graphic design is advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of video editing software is beneficial for creating multimedia content.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.</li><li>Excellent research skills and attention to detail are required.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Preference for applicants who are interested in entering the Real Estate field.</li><li>A degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.</li></ul>Please apply by sending in your resume.
