Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to assist in promoting my boutique real estate business Branded Estates in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to create engaging content across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Youtube . This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and a minimum of 1 year Social Media content creation. We are looking to hire someone who can produce large volumes of high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Duties

• Develop and write compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing content.
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor trends and audience preferences.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role in digital marketing or advertising.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools is essential.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; experience with graphic design is advantageous.
• Knowledge of video editing software is beneficial for creating multimedia content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preference for applicants who are interested in entering the Real Estate field.
• A degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
