Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Service Coordination &amp; Work Order Management
<ul><li>Manage on-demand and scheduled maintenance service requests for national 
clients.</li>
<li>Coordinate service providers, technicians, property managers, suppliers, and 
other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service issues.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, notes, and updates across 
multiple software platforms.</li>
<li>Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining service quality, 
responsiveness, and accuracy.</li>
<li>Effectively manage complex scopes of work, escalated service requests, and 
challenging maintenance situations.</li>
</ul>
Budget Management &amp; Cost Control
<ul><li>Review labor, material, and subcontractor costs to ensure pricing accuracy and 
reasonableness.</li>
<li>Negotiate vendor pricing while maintaining strong vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Research material costs and procure parts when appropriate.</li>
<li>Balance client expectations with profitability objectives by maintaining 
appropriate margins.</li>
<li>Obtain multiple vendor quotes when required and evaluate pricing and scope to 
ensure the best value.</li>
</ul>
Client Communication
<ul><li>Provide proactive and professional communication to clients via email, phone, 
and customer portals.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate schedules, status updates, and service documentation.</li>
<li>Escalate service issues, delays, cost increases, and other concerns as 
appropriate.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and solution- 
oriented service.</li>
</ul>
Proposal Development &amp; Project Management
<ul><li>Prepare professional proposals for project work and service requests that exceed 
routine maintenance scope.</li>
<li>Develop clear scopes of work using appropriate industry terminology.</li>
<li>Price projects appropriately to maintain profitability while remaining competitive.</li>
<li>Submit proposals requiring management approval prior to client presentation.</li>
<li>Manage approved projects through completion, ensuring all required 
documentation and deliverables are obtained.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
<ul><li>Fully remote position requiring a dedicated home office workspace.</li>
<li>Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.</li>
</ul>
Schedule
This is a full-time position, typically requiring 40 hours per week. 
Typical work hours are Monday through Friday between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific 
Time. 
Occasional overtime, evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required based on 
business needs and client demands.
Compensation
$26.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
