Job Summary:The Project Management &amp; Business Development Executive plays a dual role &mdash; managing event and exhibition projects from concept to completion, while driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and client-servicing skills, with the ability to coordinate between internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality brand experiences.Key Responsibilities:Project Management<ul><li>Manage event and exhibition projects from proposal to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.</li><li>Liaise with clients to understand project objectives, design requirements, and branding expectations.</li><li>Coordinate closely with internal teams (Design, Production, Procurement) to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables to ensure successful completion.</li><li>Conduct on-site supervision during setup and dismantling phases when required.</li></ul>Business Development<ul><li>Identify new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, retail displays, and brand activation projects.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.</li><li>Work with management to develop strategies for expanding market reach and improving client engagement.</li></ul>Client Servicing &amp; Communication<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle.</li><li>Provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Gather feedback post-event to improve service quality and identify future opportunities.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain accurate project records, costing reports, and documentation.</li><li>Prepare weekly progress reports and business development updates for management.</li><li>Support marketing and promotional activities, including participation in trade shows or networking events.</li></ul>Requirements:Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in project coordination, event management, or business development (preferably in exhibitions or creative agencies).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong project coordination, planning, and client management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools.</li><li>Knowledge of design or production processes in events/exhibitions is an added advantage.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
