Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist &ndash; Fashion &amp; Jewelry D2C BrandsLocation: Remote Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in performance marketing for Fashion / Jewelry / Accessories D2C brandsKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve ROAS.</li><li>Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to D2C fashion &amp; jewelry brands.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives.</li><li>Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure efficient ad spend utilization.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing for D2C fashion, jewelry, or accessories brands.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving positive ROAS and reducing CAC.</li><li>Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Pixel/CAPI tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of Shopify or other D2C e-commerce platforms is a plus.</li><li>Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.</li><li>Creative problem-solver with a passion for fashion &amp; lifestyle brands.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you run ads for D2c Brands?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>D2c Brand Marketing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
