You&rsquo;ll deliver hands-on pulmonary rehabilitation to patients living with COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, asthma, long-haul COVID, and pre/post lung transplant conditions.This isn&rsquo;t a high-volume, assembly-line caseload. You&rsquo;ll monitor vitals, track progress through our electronic medical records system, and collaborate closely with supervising PTs and referring pulmonologists to optimize patient outcomes.Every patient who walks through our doors is working toward something&mdash;climbing stairs without stopping, playing with grandchildren, getting off supplemental oxygen.
