Our on-site supervisors play a critical role in upholding these values and acting as the face of the company during every move.Job Description&middot; Attend to customer calls and inquiries.&middot; Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to assess the scope of moving requirements.&middot; Understand and apply Breeze Movers&rsquo; quotation structure to provide accurate initial quotations.&middot; Evaluate volume, access, packing needs, manpower, trucks, materials, special items, and additional services during site visits.&middot; Clearly explain the proposed services, process, and quotation to customers in a professional manner.&middot; Actively identify upselling opportunities during site visits and on moving day, including additional packing services, materials, manpower, special handling, dismantling/reassembly, or add-on services, and confidently present these options to customers.&middot; Act as the main on-site representative of Breeze Movers during moves.&middot; Supervise packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and placement of items.&middot; Ensure all items are handled with care and properly secured inside the truck.&middot; Give special attention to fragile, high-value, and sensitive items.&middot; Lead and manage the moving crew on-site, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.&middot; Ensure staff follow company rules, safety procedures, and conduct standards.&middot; Maintain a professional, respectful, and calm attitude with customers at all times.&middot; Address customer questions, concerns, or change requests professionally and factually.&middot; Escalate pricing changes, disputes, or major issues to management when required.&middot; Protect customer property including walls, floors, doors, elevators, and common areas.&middot; Ensure premises are left clean, organized, and damage-free after job completion.&middot; Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and customer sign-off at the end of each job.&middot; Ensure confidentiality and respect for customer privacy.&middot; Be physically present, punctual, and prepared for all site visits and moving jobs.&middot; Demonstrate leadership, responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.&middot; Previous experience in moving, logistics, or site supervision is preferred.&middot; Basic numerical understanding is required for quotations.Requirements: - BSc is mandatory - preferably in a related field- Proficiency in Arabic and English- Driving license and personal carJob Type: Full-time
