Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and dedicated Bahraini Female to join our growing team as a Remote Sales & Customer Coordinator. This role is central to our operations, acting as the bridge between our clients and our moving teams.
Note: This position is specifically for candidates eligible for registration under the Tamkeen Wage Support Scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact via phone calls and WhatsApp, providing a "smooth and easy" experience from the first hello.
- Sales & Quotations: Generate professional quotations for residential and commercial moves and send them promptly.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on all pending inquiries and requests to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and book move dates, ensuring all details are clearly communicated to the team.
- Operational Support: "Do the needful" to ensure the customer feels supported throughout their relocation journey.
Mandatory Requirements
- Nationality: Must be a Bahraini National.
- Tamkeen Eligibility: Must be eligible for the Tamkeen Wage Support program (not currently registered in SIO for another employer).
- Availability: High responsiveness is required. You must be prepared to handle inquiries and calls as they come in, providing 24/7-style premium support.
- Communication: Fluent in both Arabic and English with an excellent phone manner and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Reliability: A dedicated home-office setup with high-speed internet and a professional, quiet background for calls.
