Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Field + Online)

Job Description:

CoreLoom is looking for a motivated and versatile Sales & Marketing coordinatorto help expand our reach and bring in new business. This role is ideal for someone who is confident both in the field and online, someone who can meet potential clients in person, build strong relationships, follow up professionally, and also support the company’s digital presence.

The right candidate should be comfortable approaching businesses, presenting services clearly, identifying opportunities, and helping convert interest into real clients. In addition to sales, this role also includes a marketing element, so experience with social media content, basic design, and promotional ideas would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through in-person visits, direct outreach, and online communication
  • Introduce and promote CoreLoom’s software solutions, HR systems, custom platforms, and digital services
  • Generate leads, build relationships, and support the sales process from first contact to follow-up
  • Identify business needs and communicate opportunities back to the team
  • Assist in creating marketing posts, promotional content, and outreach ideas
  • Support CoreLoom’s brand presence across digital channels
  • Contribute to overall business growth through proactive sales and market engagement

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking to clients bothface-to-face and online
  • A professional, presentable, and proactive attitude
  • Basic understanding of marketing, social media, and branding
  • Ability to help with simple content creation or coordinate ideas for campaigns
  • Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred
