Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for GPS / telematics / Security System products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across aviation, logistics, infrastructure, and fleet-heavy industries.
- Develop a strong pipeline of enterprise and channel opportunities; own the sales forecast.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with support from the technical team.
- Developing Sales Strategies: The Sales Manager is responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. This includes understanding the market, identifying sales opportunities, and developing sales plans.
- Managing Sales Teams: The Sales Manager will grow and oversee the sales team, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to meet their sales targets. This involves training, performance management, and setting individual sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is a key responsibility. The Sales Manager works closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Execution: The Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of sales plans, including setting sales quotas, managing sales territories, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, or fleet management solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise deals and managing high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of B2B solution sales, especially in complex/technical environments.
- Experience selling into the aviation sector or large logistics/infrastructure organizations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bahrain or Saudi-based or willing to relocate; open to travel.
