Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and target oriented Business Development Specialist (BDS) to support our growth initiatives in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, capable of identifying new opportunities, and skilled in building strong client relationships while contributing to the overall business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads to support sales targets and company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of services.
  • Support negotiations and follow-ups to help close deals successfully.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in company formation, business development, sales, or a similar role (GCC experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
