We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions. The successful candidate will also support HR operations by assisting employees and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.</li><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.</li><li>Plan and coordinate recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and bulk hiring initiatives as required.</li><li>Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Conduct reference checks, support offer discussions, and manage onboarding for selected candidates.</li><li>Assist in HR administrative tasks and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment or hiring-related roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and modern hiring platforms.</li><li>High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.</li><li>Familiarity with KSA labor regulations and recruitment practices is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Professional and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Health insurance and additional benefits as per company policy.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a dynamic organization.</li></ul>How to Apply: Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV to hrsupport@fahdan.co.Job Type: Full-time
