Field Executive – Sales, Operations & Transport

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Field Executive – Sales, Operations & Transport to support our day to day field activities, client coordination, and transportation requirements. This is a dynamic role suited for individuals who are organized, presentable, and comfortable working on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage document collection and delivery across client locations, government offices, and internal departments
• Coordinate with PRO and operations teams for timely submissions and follow-ups (LMRA, visa, and related processes)
• Provide transportation support for staff, documents, and official errands as required
• Assist in basic sales activities, including client visits, follow-ups, and service promotion
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients during field interactions
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, deliveries, and client visits
• Ensure company vehicle is well-maintained and used responsibly

Requirements:

• Valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory)
• Prior experience in a similar field, messenger, or driver role preferred
• Basic sales or customer handling experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with Bahrain routes, government offices, and processes
• Presentable, punctual, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
