The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, brand promotion, and market expansion for manpower and equipment rental services. This role involves business development, relationship management, proposal preparation, and marketing strategy execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and target potential clients in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, industrial and logistics sectors.
Develop and execute strategies to secure new contracts and long-term agreements.
Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote services.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Recommend pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Identify new market segments for expansion.
Proposal & Contract Support
Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals.
Support tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure realistic and profitable offerings.
Branding & Promotion
Develop and manage marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Create promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Enhance company presence on social media and industry platforms.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Monitor and report on sales performance, leads, and revenue.
Provide monthly forecasts and business intelligence to management.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing or business development (preferably in equipment rental / construction / manpower supply industry).
Proven record of achieving sales targets and securing contracts.
Skills Required:
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strategic thinking and market awareness.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
