Content Creator

We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and confident Social Media Executive / Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital storytelling, stays ahead of social media trends, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate will not only manage our social media platforms but also play a key role in content creation, including planning, shooting, and appearing in videos. You should be comfortable being on camera, have a strong sense of creativity, and understand what drives audience engagement in today’s fast-paced digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy and business objectives
• Conceptualize, plan, and create high-quality photo and video content
• Actively participate and appear on camera for reels, promotional videos, and brand campaigns
• Stay up to date with current trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement
• Write compelling captions and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, launches, and promotional activities
• Support in executing paid social media campaigns when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience or strong hands-on ability in managing social media platforms
• Strong interest and involvement in video shooting, editing, and content creation
• Confident and presentable, with the ability and willingness to appear on camera
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools
• Knowledge of current social media trends, influencer marketing, and audience behavior
