Job Overview Bottles,s in Dorado. We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightlife settings.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.</li><li>Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and inventory management.</li><li>Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and make recommendations based on their preferences.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given while adhering to cash handling policies.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events.</li><li>Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.</li><li>Uphold safety standards by checking IDs for age verification and monitoring guest behavior to prevent over-serving.</li><li>Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu changes to enhance customer experience.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety regulations and basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.</li><li>Background in food service or hospitality is beneficial; banquet experience is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's schedule.
