Bartender

Bottles,s in Dorado. We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightlife settings.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given while adhering to cash handling policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
• Uphold safety standards by checking IDs for age verification and monitoring guest behavior to prevent over-serving.
• Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu changes to enhance customer experience.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
• Background in food service or hospitality is beneficial; banquet experience is a plus.
