You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, and operations teams to build fast, scalable, visually engaging websites that drive conversions and deliver a seamless user experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, experimenting with new digital tools, and seeing their work directly impact growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins for both internal brands and agency clients</li><li>Collaborate with design and content teams to implement responsive, pixel-perfect layouts</li><li>Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and conversion performance</li><li>Manage hosting configurations, site migrations, and security protocols</li><li>Build and improve lead-generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion-focused site structures</li><li>Integrate third-party APIs, CRM systems, and analytics tools</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently</li><li>Stay up to date on WordPress trends, emerging technologies, and performance optimization techniques</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer</li><li>Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL</li><li>Proven experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins</li><li>Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)</li><li>Experience integrating marketing tools (CRMs, lead tracking, analytics, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX</li><li>Experience with Git/version control systems</li><li>Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, or other CMS platforms</li><li>Understanding of UX/UI design principles and conversion rate optimization</li><li>Familiarity with cPanel, Cloudflare, and site security best practices</li><li>Experience with landing page testing, SEO, or marketing automation platforms</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Why Join Brian Marketing Group<ul><li>Opportunity to build and scale our own lead-generating brands and platforms</li><li>Collaborative, creative, and fast-paced agency environment</li><li>Work on diverse projects with premium, national-level clients</li><li>Significant room for professional growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
