We’re looking for a WordPress Developer to help us design, build, and maintain both our client websites and our own suite of high-performing digital properties.

About the Role

As a WordPress Developer at Brian Marketing Group, you’ll work on a wide range of projects — from custom client sites to high-traffic, in-house lead-generation platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, and operations teams to build fast, scalable, visually engaging websites that drive conversions and deliver a seamless user experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, experimenting with new digital tools, and seeing their work directly impact growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins for both internal brands and agency clients
• Collaborate with design and content teams to implement responsive, pixel-perfect layouts
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and conversion performance
• Manage hosting configurations, site migrations, and security protocols
• Build and improve lead-generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion-focused site structures
• Integrate third-party APIs, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently
• Stay up to date on WordPress trends, emerging technologies, and performance optimization techniques

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL
• Proven experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Experience integrating marketing tools (CRMs, lead tracking, analytics, etc.)
• Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX
• Experience with Git/version control systems
• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with cPanel, Cloudflare, and site security best practices
• Experience with landing page testing, SEO, or marketing automation platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
