In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential properties, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Actively engage with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.</li><li>Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of residential listings.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.</li><li>Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline.</li><li>Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.</li><li>Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing and beyond.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless transaction process.</li><li>Prepare and manage necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Previous experience in residential real estate sales is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.</li><li>Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary with a commission structure.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and training.</li><li>A supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;19,482.26 - &#8377;49,860.76 per monthWork Location: In person
