Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director – Commercial Leasing to lead our office leasing and corporate real estate vertical. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, market expansion, and client acquisition. This role demands strong business acumen, relationship management, and leadership capabilities to drive revenue growth and establish Brickfolio as a preferred partner for enterprises seeking office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for commercial leasing vertical across major metro markets.
  • Drive P&L ownership, revenue targets, and profitability for the commercial leasing division.
  • Identify emerging markets, new business opportunities, and key accounts in the office space segment.

Leasing & Client Management

  • Lead end-to-end leasing operations — from client prospecting, site sourcing, and space evaluation to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, landlords, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and corporate occupiers.
  • Collaborate with enterprise clients (CXOs, CRE heads, CFOs, HR heads) to understand space requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and leasing team.
  • Drive performance management, pipeline forecasting, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing, research, and product teams to strengthen brand visibility and client engagement.

Market Research & Insights

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, rental movements, and upcoming supply across key business districts.
  • Prepare strategic reports and presentations for management and clients.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with senior management, developers, IPCs, and government authorities for transaction support and compliance.
  • Represent Brickfolio in industry events, conferences, and real estate forums to enhance brand positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 12–18 years in commercial real estate leasing, business development, or corporate real estate.
  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Real Estate / Business Management preferred.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and successful closure of large commercial leasing transactions.
  • Strong network across corporate clients and developers
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to both domestic and international (Dubai) markets will be an added advantage.
