6 – 10 years

a) Valuations of property (residential, commercial, land parcels); property identification; commercial negotiations; deal finalization; market assessment of property

b) Real estate, international property consultants (CBRE, C&W, JLL, Colliers, Knight Frank).

Key responsibilities

• Adhering to all Compliance and safety standards in all activities.
• Support zones in Valuations of property (residential, commercial, land parcels); property identification; commercial negotiations; deal finalization; market assessment of property
• Prepare reports for management approvals and information
• Supporting zones in technical aspects for all projects.
• Providing cost optimization ideas.
• Coordination with Zonal teams and other internal & external stakeholders.

Desirables:

• Good knowledge of market trends.
• Knowledge of latest tools trends of Real estate business
