We specialize in connecting voices that matter with organisations, events, and platforms that amplify their impact.We are seeking a Sales &amp; Marketing Representative who will work directly with the Founder to grow business opportunities and manage client relations, and strengthen our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Reach out to corporates, event organizers, institutions, podcasters, public speakers and others for potential collaborations.</li><li>Pitch Bridge Bureau&rsquo;s services and talent roster with confidence.</li><li>Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions into confirmed business.</li><li>Work on long-term partnerships to build trust and loyalty.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Branding<ul><li>Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with engaging, consistent posting.</li><li>Design and schedule posts (at least 2 weeks in advance) in line with Founder&rsquo;s guidelines.</li><li>Support in creating marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.</li></ul>Data &amp; CRM Management<ul><li>Maintain records of outreach, leads, conversions, and marketing performance.</li><li>Organise client and project data systematically.</li><li>Manage calls, emails, and virtual meetings to ensure smooth coordination.</li></ul>Key Requirements and Qualities:<ul><li>Fluent English communication skills (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Minimum 1 year prior experience in sales, business development, &amp; marketing with strong professional persuasion abilities.</li><li>Data management skills with a proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.</li><li>Basic&ndash;intermediate Canva skills.</li><li>Social media management experience (posting, engagement, reporting).</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Based in Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR &ndash; available virtually with occasional office presence.</li><li>Understanding of events, podcasts and speaker management bureaus is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Direct mentorship and guidance from the Founder.</li><li>Free 2 year mentorship program by the top industry leader.</li><li>Exposure to India&rsquo;s leading speakers, thought leaders, podcasters and events.</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a core leadership role within Bridge Bureau.</li><li>Flexible remote working environment.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re a natural at building relationships, driving sales, and managing marketing&mdash;apply now!Send your resume + short note on why you&rsquo;d be a great fit to: team.bridgebureau@gmail.com, CC: info@bridgebureau.com WhatsApp: (+91) 9769500648, (+91) 7696246788Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales and marketing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
