Location: Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR (Work from home with occasional office meet-ups)

Contract: Initial contract with scope for long-term growth

Bridge Bureau, founded by Geetanjali Gupta, represents some of India’s top motivational speakers, thought leaders, and micro-celebrities. We specialize in connecting voices that matter with organisations, events, and platforms that amplify their impact.

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative who will work directly with the Founder to grow business opportunities and manage client relations, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Reach out to corporates, event organizers, institutions, podcasters, public speakers and others for potential collaborations.
  • Pitch Bridge Bureau’s services and talent roster with confidence.
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions into confirmed business.
  • Work on long-term partnerships to build trust and loyalty.

Marketing & Branding

  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with engaging, consistent posting.
  • Design and schedule posts (at least 2 weeks in advance) in line with Founder’s guidelines.
  • Support in creating marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.

Data & CRM Management

  • Maintain records of outreach, leads, conversions, and marketing performance.
  • Organise client and project data systematically.
  • Manage calls, emails, and virtual meetings to ensure smooth coordination.

Key Requirements and Qualities:

  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Minimum 1 year prior experience in sales, business development, & marketing with strong professional persuasion abilities.
  • Data management skills with a proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
  • Basic–intermediate Canva skills.
  • Social media management experience (posting, engagement, reporting).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Based in Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR – available virtually with occasional office presence.
  • Understanding of events, podcasts and speaker management bureaus is a plus.
