Ability to create documents, manage spreadsheets, maintain electronic records, and communicate professionally via email.<ul><li>Communication Skills</li></ul>Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with staff, clients, families, and management. Strong attention to detail in written correspondence and documentation is required.<ul><li>Personnel &amp; Workplace Knowledge</li></ul>Basic working knowledge of personnel management principles, including workplace policies, procedures, and general labor regulations. Ability to apply company rules and regulatory guidelines appropriately in day-to-day operations.<ul><li>Home Care Experience (Preferred)</li></ul>Prior experience working in a home care or healthcare-related environment is strongly preferred.
