Demonstrated proficiency in standard business office applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email platforms, and accurate data entry systems. Ability to create documents, manage spreadsheets, maintain electronic records, and communicate professionally via email.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with staff, clients, families, and management. Strong attention to detail in written correspondence and documentation is required.
Basic working knowledge of personnel management principles, including workplace policies, procedures, and general labor regulations. Ability to apply company rules and regulatory guidelines appropriately in day-to-day operations.
Prior experience working in a home care or healthcare-related environment is strongly preferred. Familiarity with home care operations, staffing coordination, and compliance requirements is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional setting.
