Bright Beginnings Learning Center is currently seeking a flexible, nurturing, and energetic Floater Teacherto join our team for 30&ndash;40 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on center needs.Position Details:<ul><li>Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm</li><li>Location: Bright Beginnings Learning Center- Niles, Oh</li><li>Starting Pay: $11.50/hour, based on experience and education</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must pass an FBI/BCI background check</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must be able to follow ODJFS rules and Step Up to Quality guidelines</li><li>Willing to complete required Step Up to Quality and health trainings</li><li>Must be compassionate, upbeat, and dependable</li><li>Must have complete availability during the center's open hours- 6:30 am to 6:00 pm!</li><li>Must be compassionate, upbeat, and dependable</li><li>Must pass an FBI/BCI background check</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Annual raises on your work anniversary</li><li>Paid vacation: 1 week per year after 1 year of employment</li><li>Paid health trainings</li><li>Paid Professional Development Opportunities: Support for employees advancing their education through the T.E.A.C.H scholarship.</li></ul>Duties (including but not limited to):<ul><li>Providing classroom support as needed across infant, toddler, and preschool age groups</li><li>Building warm, supportive relationships with children and staff</li><li>Assisting with daily routines, transitions, and supervision</li><li>Helping maintain cleanliness and organization of learning spaces</li><li>Following all health, safety, and licensing protocols</li><li>Being a positive and flexible team player who steps in wherever needed</li></ul>Interested?
