Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Your dedication to clinical excellence, patient comfort, and continuous learning will be instrumental in fostering a positive dental experience for every individual.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.</li><li>Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.</li><li>Utilize advanced dental technology such as digital radiography and medical imaging to ensure accurate assessments.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health care, preventive practices, and treatment options to promote long-term wellness.</li><li>Ensure infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are strictly followed during all procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to deliver seamless patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency with dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar practice management tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology for accurate diagnosis and documentation.</li><li>Experience in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.</li><li>Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment.</li><li>Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and provide compassionate service.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for safeguarding patient information and medical records.
