We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Utilize advanced dental technology such as digital radiography and medical imaging to ensure accurate assessments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards.
- Educate patients on oral health care, preventive practices, and treatment options to promote long-term wellness.
- Ensure infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are strictly followed during all procedures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to deliver seamless patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Skills
- Proficiency with dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar practice management tools.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology for accurate diagnosis and documentation.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.
- Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and provide compassionate service.
