Job Description of Centre Head:<ul><li>Welcomes inquiries from prospective parents and conduct one- on- one admission</li></ul>counselling.<ul><li>Managing front office and back office work areas, building a great, enthusiastic, and</li></ul>highly motivated team who works together with a goal to provide the best learningexperience for children.<ul><li>Create a culture in the BKMH that reveres, respects, understand the needs of</li></ul>children and parents, and do the best in forming and connecting the home and preschoolenvironments<ul><li>Upkeep of preschool premises-safety and cleanliness</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with teachers on daily basis</li></ul>A Centre Head usually performs many of the following tasks:<ul><li>Admission counselling.</li></ul><ul><li>Preparing daily/weekly or monthly reports</li></ul><ul><li>Attending meetings</li></ul><ul><li>Performing administrative duties</li></ul><ul><li>Curriculum Implementation</li></ul><ul><li>Overseeing the upkeep of the building</li></ul><ul><li>Parent Relationship</li></ul><ul><li>Promotion Visibility</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Passion to instill love of learning among children</li></ul><ul><li>Zeal to lead a group of individuals to make a great team</li></ul><ul><li>Basic computer knowledge.</li></ul><ul><li>Being innovative and creative</li></ul><ul><li>Being motivated / Self Driven</li></ul><ul><li>Being exceedingly organised</li></ul><ul><li>Being able to relate to people</li></ul><ul><li>Being flexible</li></ul><ul><li>Office management</li></ul><ul><li>Time management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.</li><li>NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or equivalent Early Childhood Education certification is mandatory.</li><li>Prior experience in preschool administration or centre management will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Kannada and Hindi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
